These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by COREPHYSIX LABS PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in India with GSTIN 29AANCC0241P1Z9, having its registered office at 5th Floor, No 51(1), 5th Main Road, Block 5, Jayanagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka, 560041.
By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
We provide IT services including but not limited to website development, software development, mobile application development, maintenance and support, and related micro services. Detailed descriptions and pricing are available on our website.
All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the rate of 18% will be charged on all services. The final payable amount including all taxes will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Payment is accepted through UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM). Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification from our payment gateway.
An order is considered confirmed only when payment is successfully verified by our payment gateway. We do not mark orders as paid until the payment gateway confirms successful transaction. You will receive a confirmation email upon successful payment.
Digital services will be delivered as per the agreed timeline communicated at the time of order placement. Typical delivery timelines are specified in our Delivery Policy.
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership rights to the custom work delivered. We retain the right to use generic, non-client-specific code components in other projects. Third-party licenses used in the project remain subject to their respective terms.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
