1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

  • Service not initiated within 7 business days of payment - Full refund
  • Service quality not as described - Partial or full refund after review
  • Duplicate payment - Full refund of the duplicate amount
  • Technical payment failure where money was deducted - Automatic refund within 5-7 business days

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Work already completed and delivered as per agreed scope
  • Custom development work in progress with milestone deliveries already approved
  • Services used or consumed (e.g., hosting setup completed, SSL installed)

4. How to Request a Refund

5. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (UPI account) used for the transaction.
