Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Before Work Begins

You may cancel your order at any time before work has been initiated. A full refund will be issued within 7-10 business days of the cancellation request.

2. Cancellation After Work Has Started

If work has already commenced, cancellation terms are as follows:

  • Less than 25% completed - 75% refund
  • 25-50% completed - 50% refund
  • More than 50% completed - No refund (you receive the completed work)

3. How to Cancel

To cancel an order, email info@corephysix.com with your order ID and reason for cancellation. Our team will confirm the cancellation and applicable refund within 2 business days.

4. Cancellation by Corephysix

We reserve the right to cancel an order if: the service requested is outside our capabilities, the client provides misleading or incomplete requirements, or payment verification fails. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
